This policy explains what personal data Redirect Switch handles and why. The service is provided by Girov Trading Limited (Cyprus), which is responsible for your data.

What we collect

• Your switches: the two website addresses you enter and your settings.
• Account details: your email address if you give one (for example at checkout), and a password if you set one.
• Telegram: if you connect our bot, your Telegram chat ID, so we can send you messages and let you control your switches.
• Payments: your plan, payment status and the customer reference from our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number or crypto wallet keys.
• A login cookie that keeps you signed in to your control panel. It is strictly necessary for the service; we don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Visitors of your websites

The redirect script does not use cookies and does not collect personal data about your visitors. Like any website, our hosting provider records technical request logs (such as IP address and time) for security and operation, which are kept only for a short period.

Why we use it

To provide the service you asked for, to take payments, to send service messages (payment received, plan ending, payment problems), to prevent abuse, and to meet legal and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that run parts of the service for us: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Stripe (card payments), Crypto Pay / @CryptoBot (crypto payments) and Telegram (bot messages). We don't sell personal data.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account is active, and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your account and data. You can also object to how we use it or complain to your data protection authority. Contact us below.
