Terms of Service

These terms apply to Redirect Switch (“the service”), provided by Girov Trading Limited (Cyprus). By creating a switch or paying for a plan you agree to them.

1. The service

Redirect Switch lets you send visitors of one website (“Website 1”) to another website (“Website 2”) by installing a small script or WordPress plugin on Website 1 and turning a switch on or off.

2. Your websites

You may only install the service on websites you own or are authorised to manage, and only send visitors to destinations you are entitled to link to. You are responsible for your websites and for the redirects you set up.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to:

• send visitors to phishing, malware, scam or fraudulent pages, or pages that impersonate someone else;
• redirect visitors to illegal content or in breach of any law, regulation or third-party right;
• mislead visitors, payment providers or advertising networks about where traffic is going;
• interfere with, overload or attempt to break the service.

We may suspend or remove any switch or account that breaks these rules, immediately and without refund, and may report illegal activity to the authorities.

4. Accounts and access

You don't need to register: your private control-panel link (and, if you connect it, our Telegram bot) gives access to your account. Keep the link private — anyone who has it can control your switches. We can't restore access for someone who has lost both the link and their Telegram connection.

5. Plans and payment

• Card subscriptions (monthly, 6-monthly or yearly) renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel any time under Manage card billing; the plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Crypto payments buy a fixed period and do not renew. When the period ends your switches are paused until you top up.
• Lifetime is a one-time payment for up to 20 websites for as long as we operate the service.
• Each plan covers a number of websites. If you have more switches than your plan allows, the extra ones are paused.
• Payments are processed by Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and Crypto Pay (@CryptoBot). Prices are shown before you pay; taxes are added where applicable.

All payments are final and non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise — see our Refund Policy. Because the service starts as soon as you pay, by paying you ask us to start it immediately and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the service running at all times but provide it “as is”, without any guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Redirects depend on the script loading in your visitors' browsers, so a small share of visitors (for example those with JavaScript disabled, and most search-engine crawlers) may not be redirected.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, traffic, sales or data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms or our prices. Price changes apply from your next billing period, and we'll give notice of important changes through the website or our Telegram bot.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus.
