All payments are final

Redirect Switch starts working as soon as you pay, so we don't offer refunds — for card subscriptions, crypto payments or Lifetime plans, including unused time and renewals — except where the law requires it.

Your right to cancel (EU/UK customers)

When you pay, you ask us to start the service immediately and acknowledge that you therefore lose the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a card subscription at any time under Manage card billing. You won't be charged again, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for. Crypto plans don't renew, so there's nothing to cancel.
